Large Barrettes

This listing is for a beautiful one of a kind fused glass barrette. Although they are similar, no two come out the same. The overall measurements are approximately 3.5" x 0.75" and 90mm. The Maroon color makes a wonderful accent for your hair. When you are in the sunlight, the design and color really pops. It uses a genuine Made In France finding. This is the 80mm size. The opening is 2.5".

This barrette is made in my Scarborough Maine home studio and makes a wonderful gift.

The process to create one piece can involve several firings over many hours. This involves selecting the color combinations, cutting, assembly, firing multiple times in the kiln, and finally cold-working as needed to create a quality product and finish.
